Justin, Brandon, Tim and Jason did a very courteous and professional job installing our new generator and upgraded our breaker box. They explained the functionality of the generator and what to expect including the weekly self check, and they cleaned up after themselves. The team leader asked us about the yearly maintenance program, which we were very grateful for. We highly recommend them! They deserve a raise or at least a generous Christmas bonus!! Thank you for your efforts it took working with our Code Officer!!!

After three years the annual maintenance and check up has been performed professionally and thoroughly every time. Service techs have been friendly and knowledgeable. The HPS team did a great job! Professional, friendly, neat, organized and explained everything. Whole experience from initial contact to installation was excellent. Everyone arrived on time and finished on time. All the details were handled by HPS. I appreciated a wide choice of generator brands and options to choose from. Rusty, who visited our home to provide an estimate helped us understand everything clearly. The electrical code inspector who examined our install told me that he has never had an HPS job fail one of his inspections and he had done over 200 of them! Before and after installation images attached. We have had two annual generator services that were a complimentary part of our purchase. Each technician was thorough, friendly and professional. Can't say enough positive about the HPS organization!

Zack was our initial contact with the company he gave us the input to choose the correct generator for all our needs. Rich, Jason, Chris and Tim did a great job installing our Generac. They did a very professional install with a very short power off time. They made sure I had all the knowledge I needed to operate and test the system. Thanks to all.

Just had a 18Kw Generac installed. The sales person, Zach was great. Very knowledgeable and available for follow up questions right through installation. The whole crew did a fabulous job. They worked out how to move the placement and hook up gas and electric even though it was not what they had anticipated with prior info. Rich did the key work with placing and setting up the generator, Ian assisted, Woody did the electric. All were efficient, but most importantly informative, answering multiple questions throughout installation. Also they were very neat, cleaning up everything leaving entire area in tip top shape. Rich set me up with the app, walked me through all steps of how to maintain the system. Skilled, thorough, neat, very friendly and accommodating. Thanks guys!

Had an existing generator that decided not to "generate" any more. Called HPS and scheduled an appointment with Zach to determine options for replacement. The unit in question was installed I believe in 2006 and was undersized so I knew a new one was needed. Zach was on time for the appointment (I'm old school, that means early) and we discussed options. Zach is very knowledgeable and after looking at my current install and going over needs and options we decided on a Kohler. Install day arrived yesterday and the crew of Richie, Dave, Chris, and Jason arrived on time(early). It was clear they have worked together before and were all polite, professional, knowledgeable, and pet friendly. They got busy with the uninstall/reinstall and made short work of it as a well oiled team. I am very satisfied with the work performed and the overall purchase of the unit.

From my first contact with setting up the initial appointment and every interaction thereafter has been extremely professional and personable. Zack was very informative on the different levels of systems, their capacities and pricing. His sales presentation was very comprehensive. His multiple follow-ups were always prompt and accurate. It was 10 degrees on the morning of the installation. Richie, Jason and Chris were right on time with the 8:00 AM start time. Richie was very exact with explaining the operational aspects of the system. The setting of the unit, installation of the new electrical panel and new wiring was done very efficiently given the tight areas that they had to work within. I would highly recommend Home Power Systems to anyone that is considering a home standby generator.
